How accessible this site is

We have built earlycareers.org so that you should be able to:

• navigate the whole site with a keyboard
• use a screen reader, with landmarks, headings and labelled form fields
• resize text to 200 per cent without content breaking
• read text against backgrounds that meet AA contrast ratios
• see a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
• use the site with motion reduced, if your device requests that

Plain English

Recruitment language excludes people. We write in plain English and explain unfamiliar terms such as pro rata, competency-based interview and reasonable adjustments where they appear. You can find these explanations in the glossary on our pathways page.

Adjustments when applying

Every opportunity page includes information about requesting reasonable adjustments. If an employer has not given enough detail, contact us and we will ask on your behalf.

Telling us about a problem

Email accessibility@earlycareers.org or use our contact form. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within five working days and will offer the information you needed in another format while we fix the problem.
