Role overview
Clicks Technology is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join its team at 1 Chalfont Park, Gerrards Cross. You will make sure customers have an exceptional experience with the company's products, working across live chat, email and social media, and supporting order, stock and returns processes. It is a good opportunity to build your skills in a busy technology startup, working closely with different teams and learning advanced customer service systems.
What you will do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across live chat, email, social media direct messages and comments, meeting the service level agreement for each channel
- Manage communication with third-party logistics partners, including customs requirements, invalid shipping details and shipping forecasts
- Update stock and inventory records daily to keep availability accurate
- Handle returned items, coordinating with customers and updating inventory status
- Monitor and check order statuses in Shopify so orders are processed and delivered on time

This role may suit you if you enjoy helping people, communicate clearly in writing and in person, and like keeping things organised. You do not need previous professional experience, although customer service or community management experience is welcome.
